Terms & Conditions

  • Payment must be made in full before a headstone will be erected/released.
    • We accept pre-payment
    • Payment can be made in partial payments up until the day of erection/release.
  • We require a non-refundable pre-payment of fifty percent of the total price for custom headstone work.
  • We are not obligated to make alterations or corrections to headstones that have been engraved after the final layout has been approved by the client.
  • Changes to a project occurring after a final layout has been approved may incur additional charges.
